questions, answered
How quickly does a Facebook services order start?
Most packages start processing within a few minutes. You can see the delivery details for the package you choose right in the order panel.
Do I need to share my password for Facebook services?
No. All we need is a public username, profile URL, or the link to the relevant content — passwords and verification codes are never requested.
How should I choose my Facebook services package size?
Consider your current account size, posting frequency, and goals. Starting with a smaller package on your first order lets you measure results before scaling up.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with credit/debit card, PayPal, crypto, or your account balance. A full payment summary is shown before you complete the order.
Where can I track my order status?
You can follow the live status from the Orders section of your account, or from the Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
What happens if I enter the wrong username or link?
Reach out to our support team with your order number before delivery begins. Once processing has started the target may no longer be changeable, so double-check your details before paying.
Does my account need to be public?
For most services your profile or content must be public so the system can reach the target. Check the product description for any package-specific requirements.
Can I cancel my Facebook services order?
For orders that have not started processing yet, our support team can review the status. Once delivery has begun, cancellation terms depend on the technical state of the package.
What should I do if numbers drop after delivery?
If your package includes refill coverage — most come with a 30-day refill — open a support ticket with your order number. The team will review the delivery logs and apply the appropriate refill.
Is Facebook services a substitute for organic content work?
No. Packages can support your visibility plan, but lasting growth still requires consistent content, the right audience, a strong profile layout, and genuine engagement with real users.
How Facebook distribution works for a Page
Facebook treats a Page very differently from a person. Organic reach for Pages has been in structural decline for more than a decade — the feed is built around friends, groups and recommended video, and a Page competes for what is left. Knowing what a Page number actually buys matters more here than on any other platform.
Why is organic Page reach so low?
Facebook ranks the feed on predicted meaningful interaction and has repeatedly moved weight away from public Page content toward posts from friends and groups. Independent measurements have put median organic reach for Pages in the low single-digit percentages of followers for years. That is a design decision about the feed, not a penalty applied to an individual Page.
The practical effect is that a Page's follower count rarely converts into views. Video, and Reels in particular, is the one surface where Facebook still distributes Page content widely — because that is where it competes with TikTok.
What does a Page like or follower actually do?
Almost all of its value sits on the Page itself rather than in the feed. Someone checking whether a business is real reads the like count, the review count and the date of the last post together, and a Page with 40 likes reads as abandoned however good the business behind it is.
Likes and follows were separated years ago: a person can follow a Page without liking it, and the follower number is the one that governs feed delivery. Both are displayed and both are read by visitors, which is why they should move together rather than one far ahead of the other.
Where do post likes and video views help?
On the post rather than on the Page. Engagement counts change how the people who do see a post behave — a post showing 300 reactions gets read where the same post showing two does not — and comments in particular keep a post alive, because each new comment can resurface it.
Video views are the number partners and advertisers check most often, since Facebook reports them prominently and they compare across platforms. They do not, however, make the Page's next post reach further.
The limits worth knowing
No amount of Page likes restores organic reach that the feed's design removed. If reach is the goal on Facebook, paid distribution is the mechanism the platform actually offers; engagement packages address credibility instead, which is a different problem.
Facebook also merges, restricts and removes Pages for policy reasons that no engagement number affects, and a Page that later changes its name or category can lose the distribution history attached to it.
